Clarity and Confidence for Leaders in Transition

Target:  Leaders who are asking:  “Am I confident in engaging my next chapter of life and work?”

Each coaching relationship is customized to honor the particular goals and integrate the life purpose of each leader.  Typically an agreement is reached between the coach and leader for a work period of six to eight weeks, meeting once a week for 45 minutes.   For convenience, the sessions are carried out in person or via telephone.   The agreement also includes a mutually determined coaching fee which is paid monthly.

Align your life by taking these steps which will be customized for you:
Step 1 - Assessing My Reality
Step 2 - Digging Deep and Unearthing Who I Am
Step 3 - Discovering My Life Purpose and Mission
Step 4 - Drafting My "Personal Brand" Statement
   Step 5 - Creating a Powerful Resume'
Step 6 - Devising an Action Plan
Step 7 - Figuring Out What May Be Stopping Me
Step 8 - Making Adjustments and Taking Next Steps

*  Jump Start a New Initiative

Target:   Entrepreneurs who want to make a positive spiritual/social impact through a new enterprise asking:  "How do I get started in a purposeful way?"

Entrepreneurs with an emerging vision for a new venture look for support in the design and implementation process that integrates their life purpose and spiritual values.  Typically an agreement is reached between the coach and leader for a work period that makes sense in relation to the scope of the venture…meeting as often as needed during the month for the sake of success.   For convenience, the sessions are carried out in person or via telephone.   The agreement also includes a mutually determined coaching fee which is paid monthly.

* Personal Dreams and Aspirations (Group)

Dreams provide purpose, significance, and meaning to life. Our dreams help us to understand the meaning behind our passions, pains, tears, and joys in life. Our dreams give us hope that tomorrow can be better than today.

You are invited to join a six-session dream group (one hour a week).   Past participants have said:  "I highly recommend this experience!" and "It was a beautiful journey!"

Our dreams challenge us to ask ourselves: “Am I living the life I really want to be living? Am I contributing my best energy toward a better future for my family, my company and this world?"

We will gather via phone once a week as a group of five to eight to share our personal dreams, report progress, encourage each other, and ask for accountability, as desired, to our self-prescribed action steps. Participants will benefit from the expertise of your coach and the experience and energy of others in the group who also will also be discovering and pursuing their dreams. The group will meet once per week for six weeks. A telephone bridge line (conference call) will be provided. The cost of the actual call is each participant’s responsibility.
